(This is for anyone to join if they want to. Look in the general board and look at the information I provided in order to join this RP. One rule, when making a character, don't make them seem like demi-gods, even if this is based off Dungeons and Dragons: Forbidden Realms, or anything like that. If you want to increase your characters abilties then like in the game, you can slowly make your OC stronger as you progress, that's all I ask. Again, anyone can join and make up any kind of character within the limit I just set, any class (old or made up), race (same as class), etc.)
The night sky rippled with an old hate. An anger of some ancient will filled with a hatred that would make the Gods of Faerun shake with uncertainty. This evil was slowly returning to the material realm by its anger and lust for revenge for all that smited his plans....and he would make all pay with blood, death, and total domaination...in the form of the greatest beings that graced the mortal world, the dragons.
A lone red dragon was flying back to her cavern in the smoky mountain terrain that made up her territory. She had just feasted on a caraven of Orges she spotted on the ground. There meat was tough and not very tasty unlike the elven meat that was sweet and tender and oh-so-delicious for a dragon with a sweet tooth like her. She was just reaching the entrance when something pierced her mind like a red hot sword impaling itself in her brain. The dragon roared out in agony, crushing to the earth and thrashing about in hopes of shaking away the pain plaguing her sanity. Her molten eyes filled with madness and a savagery that no other creature on Faerun could match. The great wyrm slowly stopped thrashing and took flight once again, but not to her cave. No, she wanted to kill. Her belly was full of meat, but the hunger she craved was deeper than what her body could sustain, she wanted to see rivers run red as her scales, and burn everything asunder.

Elexius Defeiran circled his opponent with his long sword at the ready. His opponent held up a rapier with the glint of Moon Elf magic, matching his steps and even the pose he held with a mastery that only came with time.
His master, Taegan Nightwind smiled at his student. Admiration and pride shined on the newly proclaimed Maestro of the Shadow blade Academy. Out of respect and honor, the two dueled in celebration of his new aquired status. Of course, what was to be expect from a pupil that had dragon blood running through his veins, a Shadow Dragon to be precise as he correted himself. The proof of his mixed bloodline showed in the ebony scales that covered his lithe body and spiky flexible spines that was his hair. His draconic wings were tucked in behind him, giving one the illusion he wore a cape of darkness as the wings gave off a faint ethereal dark glow and seemed to fade in and out behind him like the black flames from the Abyss.
It was partly the magic that filled all those gifted or cursed with dragon blood that allowed him, a son of a beauty human woman to become a Bladesinger. Humans on average were unable as they lacked the magic and agility of an elf like himself, but it wasn't uncommon for half-elves to become as the elven blood in them linked them to "The Song" the power that filled all Bladesingers that granted them the skill the wield both blade and spell in combat.
"How does it feel, my lad. You finally be a Maestro?" Taegan asked his pupil.
Elexius smirked, flashing a set of fangs. "Brilliant, and I have you to thank for that...father."
During his apprenticeship with the Maestro Nightwind; he married his mother. It was unheard of by Avariels like him to wed humans, but then again, Taegan acted more like a human than he ever did a winged elf or any elf for that matter.
The Avariel flexed his black wings in show of his mirth. "Not at all. Of all the people I've taught the secrets of the blade and song, you were the most talanted. And now look at you, Maestro at the age of 25. I can see you will have a glorious future ahead of you."
Elexius came at him in a side swipe of his sword, not aiming to kill just to catch him off guard. The elder Bladesinger caught the blade with his own and slide his blade down the length of Elexius and locked the two in close quarters before pushing him back.
"If this future you have foresighted for me involved the destrustion of the Cult of Dragons, then I'll be looking forward to it, too," Elexius said with poison in his words as he spoke the Cults title.
"Yes....vicious and insane lot they all are. Turning dragons into undead things in the dillusion of ruling the world in the facade of making them gods. I'm just glad that Sammaster is gone. He was a dangerous force and one I don't ever wish to confront again," Taegan said.
"Well then, father, it's a good thing that you and your comrades vanquished him those years ago," Elexius replied.
"...Yes," Taegun nodded, feeling something that made him wonder about his own words. I hope that we truly did finish him off...somehow as of late, I feel the same way as I did back in..."
